The employees were exceptionally nice.My service on my car was a reasonable time frame. My warning light was off on my car after having sensors replaced. I’m not sure if everything is working correctly because all of my tires register different amounts. I would have thought that they would have made sure that all my tires read the same amounts so it would show up on my screen correctly. Hopefully all works good.

I was checked in upon arrival and directed to the waiting room. The servicing was completed in a timely manner. I was then shown to the payment desk. One of the salesman brought my car to the door since I was having a problem with my leg. Everyone was very friendly and polite during my time there.

I only got a plug for my tire cuz it was FLAT! I love CHAMPION but thought maybe plugging my tire would be FREE 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ I PAID $19.61 & yes im sorry not happy. I can go 2 GATEWAY & get my tire patched or plugged for FREE. Im gana keep going over there now im sorry. Lot of things I cant afford so like oil changes & tires gotta go over there.

I needed my truck serviced and it was time for the 45,000 mile transmission oil and filter to be changed. As usual I turned my truck over to Judy in the service department knowing I was in good hands. The service department has always done a good job in taking care of my Colorado . That is why I keep coming back.

Champion Chevrolet has done all the service and repair work for my last three vehicles. They are fast, friendly, have a hometown feel, and are courteous. Their service department never makes me feel rushed or like they don't have time to talk with me. Judy is my Service Advisor and calls me by my name when I walk in the door. I have not found this level of service at any other dealership.

I found the car my wife really liked so we started asking questions and with Leo’s help we got it at the price we wanted. He answered all our questions and concerns(and believe me we had a lot) and made sure we were comfortable throughout this whole process. The financial process was also a positive experience. I needed a spare key and fob for my truck. I was able to buy the fob as it was in stock, but had to order the key. I came back couple weeks later, after the key arrived, to have them both programmed. It was a fairly easy process.

I had an appointment at 1:00pm. I was slightly early and it was for the first service and a problem with a tire. I was sent to the waiting room and waited there for 1 1/2 hours. I took a walk and went outside and noticed my truck had not moved. I went in and questioned the service manager and he didn’t know what was going on and had to check. He told me they were going to get it in now. I told him to just get me the key and I would not be back.

Easy in and out service.

I was lead to believe that I was buying a 100,000 mile/6 year warranty when I purchased my 2021 truck. My transmission went out and when I called the dealership they offered to have a tow truck pick it up. They told me I had roadside assistance. After they retrieved my truck i called to find out what is wrong with it. They said it would need a new transmission. Then proceeded to tell me I am no longer covered under my warranty. I had to pay the dealership for the tow and analysis. I'm not happy about this but what else can I do. I do know I won't buy another vehicle from them.

our 2021 Buick Envision developed electronic issues with interior lights, computer screen etc. Dan at Champion took our car in and through a series of tests and the use of superior electronic meters, the car is now up and running properly. Dan took the time to re-check the car before we picked it up to make sure the fix took. Kudos to Dan, and also the great technician (s) Champion has on the team!

Everyone was very friendly. My car was taken back on time. The only issue I had was in not receiving my multi inspection report in a timely manner and having to return to the dealership to have my tires aired up because the mechanic forgot to do so when changing my oil.

Bad all the way around with the service department. They started by replacing glow plugs on our car then our A/C system quit working magically after they kept my car for a full day to do the glow plugs. They are horrible at follow up and communication. Would not recommend anyone using the service department
