It was very great to buy my vehicle there the people there are wonderful to deal with and wonderful to be around especially Steve. He likes to cut up and joke around and have fun and that’s what I like somebody down near earth. The owner of champion is a wonderful man a wonderful guy. I bought a new vehicle last year and a new vehicle this year from champion thanks guys appreciate everything.

I came all the way from Chattanooga to McMinnville to my dealer of purchase for my first service visit. It was a very pleasant experience and well worth the drive. I had an appointment, and the service customer support lady came out to my truck and met me in the rain to begin the process. She was so kind and courteous and determined my exact needs and wishes for my service. Short wait for service completion and I was done.

Salesman Joel Rippe came in on his day off after conversing the previous day about truck options and what could be done with after my wreck with my Gap Coverage. Ended up staying working out the desired deal on the new truck everything covered with additional requested items in the deal to have the truck ready to be picked up and rental taken care of the following day. Even when customers and other deals got busy toward the end of the night managed to get everything taken care of. 2 visits to this dealership and on both occasions left in a new truck not expecting.
